EPF can never be the SM. They have other responsibility to the market.
There has been speculation on further fall of USD and rise of commodities esp gold. Is Poh Kong a proxy to gold in local market ?

It used to be a local proxy to gold but the correlation became invalid sometime in Jan 2009.
So when you see gold rising, do not buy Poh Kong share but Poh Kong gold jewellery !
Has mieco lost its steam ? Looks like on downtrend with negligable volume. Has it still got market followers like iCapital just for any fundamentals ?

I wud not invest on etitech unless I know the company fundamental well enough. On the technical side, Etitech wud undergo long term accumulation first. Unless they pay good dividend, avoid it.
